1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Corestage Haven’s facilities and website. By booking, purchasing, or accessing our spaces, you agree to these Terms.

2. Memberships & Bookings

• Memberships and passes grant a revocable license to use designated areas during stated access windows.
• Some plans include 24/7 access; others are limited to staffed hours as listed in the catalog.
• Meeting and event bookings are time-bound. Please exit rooms promptly for smooth turnovers.

3. Acceptable Use

• Respect quiet hours and phone booth etiquette. Keep conversations in shared areas considerate in volume.
• No unlawful activities, dangerous materials, or harassment of any kind.
• Use the network responsibly; do not attempt to interfere with security or other members’ devices.

4. Guests

Guest access is permitted with an active member present. You are responsible for your guests and any fees or damages incurred.

5. Billing & Payment

• Fees are due in advance of the access period. Some services may require a deposit.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes and third-party processing fees, where relevant.
• Past-due balances may result in suspended access until resolved.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Meeting rooms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before start; after that, fees may apply.
• Memberships: month-to-month unless stated; cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Event spaces: deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event, less processing fees.

7. Property & Damages

Please treat furniture and equipment with care. You may be charged for repair or replacement due to misuse.

8. Security & Access

Keycards are personal and non-transferable. Lost cards may incur a replacement fee. We may use security cameras in common areas for safety.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and request appropriate refunds per our policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, and service marks are owned by Corestage Haven or licensed to us. You may not use them without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.
